This professional card printer produces crisp, full-colour designs directly onto durable PVC cards. We use it for personalised products such as membership, loyalty, gift and identification-style cards.
How it works: The card passes through the printer while a specialist ribbon precisely transfers each colour layer, followed by a protective finish. The result is sharp text, vibrant imagery and a smooth, professional appearance.
Our Sawgrass printer is at the heart of many of our personalised gifts. It creates detailed, high-resolution transfers using specialist sublimation inks formulated for rich, consistent colour.
How it works: The design is printed onto transfer paper and then applied to a specially coated product using controlled heat and pressure. The ink changes into a gas and bonds within the coating, so the image becomes part of the product rather than sitting on top of it. This produces a bright finish that will not peel or crack.
Our dual mug press allows us to apply personalised designs evenly around mugs and compatible cylindrical drinkware. Its two heating stations also help us maintain consistency when producing more than one item.
How it works: A printed sublimation transfer is wrapped securely around the mug. The press then applies an exact combination of temperature, time and pressure, permanently infusing the design into the mug’s specialist coating.
