If you have an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number, a short explanation of the problem and clear photos where needed. This helps us review the issue quickly and fairly.
Many of our products are custom printed, personalised or made to order. Because these items are created specially for you, they cannot usually be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a replacement, correction or refund depending on the issue.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is agreed, items should be returned unused, in suitable packaging and with your order details included.
We take care with every order and want your experience to be a positive one. If something has gone wrong, please message us with the details and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.

Great personalised gifts begin with the right equipment. Here is a look at the professional printing, pressing and engraving technology we use to turn your ideas into carefully finished products.
This professional card printer produces crisp, full-colour designs directly onto durable PVC cards. We use it for personalised products such as membership, loyalty, gift and identification-style cards.
How it works: The card passes through the printer while a specialist ribbon precisely transfers each colour layer, followed by a protective finish. The result is sharp text, vibrant imagery and a smooth, professional appearance.
Our Sawgrass printer is at the heart of many of our personalised gifts. It creates detailed, high-resolution transfers using specialist sublimation inks formulated for rich, consistent colour.
How it works: The design is printed onto transfer paper and then applied to a specially coated product using controlled heat and pressure. The ink changes into a gas and bonds within the coating, so the image becomes part of the product rather than sitting on top of it. This produces a bright finish that will not peel or crack.
Our dual mug press allows us to apply personalised designs evenly around mugs and compatible cylindrical drinkware. Its two heating stations also help us maintain consistency when producing more than one item.
How it works: A printed sublimation transfer is wrapped securely around the mug. The press then applies an exact combination of temperature, time and pressure, permanently infusing the design into the mug’s specialist coating.
This precision flat heat press is used across a wide selection of products, including garments, mouse mats, coasters, puzzles, photo slates and coated metal panels.
How it works: Once the transfer and product are positioned, the press delivers even heat and automatically controlled pressure across the full surface. Accurate, repeatable settings help us achieve clean edges, strong colour and a consistent finish.
The F2 Ultra combines fibre and diode laser technology, giving us the flexibility to engrave fine detail across materials such as metal, wood, slate, leather and selected acrylics.
How it works: A computer-guided laser follows the artwork with exceptional accuracy, changing or removing a controlled amount of the material’s surface. This creates permanent names, messages, logos and detailed artwork without stickers or printed overlays.
Our direct-to-object printer enables us to place detailed, full-colour artwork onto a wide variety of shaped and flat products. It expands the materials, textures and product styles we can personalise.
How it works: The machine applies extremely fine layers of specialist ink directly onto the product, while UV light cures each layer immediately. This allows vivid colour, sharp detail and durable results, including raised and textured effects on suitable items.
