Please review the following return and quality guidelines:

  1. No Returns for Custom Products
    Each of our products is custom-made to your specifications; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
  2. Image Quality Responsibility
    The quality of the final printed product depends on the quality of the images you provide. It is the customer’s responsibility to upload high-resolution, print-ready images. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for products with poor image quality resulting from low-resolution, blurry, or otherwise unsuitable images uploaded by the customer.
  3. Damage During Shipping
    While we securely package all orders, any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the courier. Please contact the courier directly to file any claims for items damaged in transit, as we do not offer refunds for shipping-related damages.
  4. No Refunds for Process or Quality Issues Due to Customer Error
    We cannot provide refunds or replacements for products affected by customer errors or for not following proper order instructions. Please double-check all information and image quality to ensure a satisfactory final product.
